ŠIMON & KOLMAN s.r.o. will merge with O.K. Trans Praha spol. s r.o. at the beginning of 2020.

The ŠIMON & KOLMAN s.r.o. Company will merge with the O.K. Trans Praha spol. s r.o Company on 1 January 2020. This step will allow us to better utilise our mutual synergy and offer higher quality services to our customers.

The Šimon & Kolman s.r.o. Company will be terminated as a result of the aforementioned merger and its activities will be transferred under the O.K. Trans Praha spol. s r.o. Company. This means that 25 truck and trailer sets will be added to the O.K. Trans Praha spol. s r.o. vehicle fleet.

The current complex at Lysá nad Labem is also home to O. K. Trans Service, s.r.o., which has therefore become an addition to the branches in Chýně, Otrokovice and Roudnice nad Labem.

The merger will become legally effective on 1 January 2020. We hereby inform all our customers and suppliers that your new business partner will be O.K. Trans Praha spol. s r.o.
